Make sure you have the serial number at hand, it can be found on the gray sticker on the VebaBox, see the attached photo. This serial number is essential when reporting the fault.

He will then carefully check the airframe, the cooling unit and the power supply. The cooling unit is then cleaned and the rubbers greased where necessary. The call-out costs are included.

Once complete, your VebaBox is calibrated, and you’ll receive a calibration certificate, verifying its adherence to specified standards.
